Mold of Phra Somdej Wat Rakang.

Phra Somdej Wat Rakang have several printed as
     - Pim Yai,
     - Pim Chedi,
     - Pim Than Sam,
     - Pim Kate Bua Toom,
     - Pim Prok Pho

Phra Somdej Wat Rakang Pim Yai can be divided into subgroups as :
     - Pim Yai Ok Karbok.
           This Pim with chest, body and weight in about the same size.

 

     - Pim Yai Ok Phai.
           This Pim with big wide chest, narrow waist and wide out again at hip.

    - Pim Yai Ok V.
           This Pim with big wide chest, narrow waist and float, no hip.



     - Pim Yai Ok Rong.
           This Pim with small chest, tapering body, deflate belly visible channel, long topmost neck,
        hair goes beyond the arch, small leg, face similar to grasshopper face or trapezoid.




     - Pim Yai Ok Jeeworn Sangkhati.
          This Pim with one Jeeworn line is visible from right armpit to left shoulde and 1-2 line(s) of
       Sangkrati from left chest down to belly.  Some of this Pim has only Jeeworn line from right
       armpit to left shoulder, no Sangkrati line called "Pim Jeeworn." Some of this Pim has no Jeeworn
       line only  Sangkrati line(s) from left chest down is visible called "Pim Sangkrati."

     - Pim Yai Phra Prathan,
     - Pim Yai Kate Taru Soom,
     - Pim Yai Ok Karbok,
     - Pim Yai Ok Karbok Phra Prathan,

     - Pim Yai Ok V,
     - Pim Yai Ok V Phra Prathan,
     - Pim Yai Ok V Kate Taru Soom,
     - Pim Yai Ok Phai,
     - Pim Yai Ok Phai Phra Prathan,
     - Pim Yai Ok Phai KateTaru Soom,
     - Pim Yai Ok Jeeworn,
     - Pim Yai Ok Sangkhati, etc.

Characteristic of Pim Yai Phra Prathan is line under the Knee (Phatip line)

Simply way to classified by measure the height of bell curve frame of each Phra Somdej. Measured from the center of the arch on the top line drawn straight down to take the edge on the bottom line.

In the same print Phra Somdej must be same. Because of Phra Somdej Wat Rakang mass is powder and created by hand. Pressed from the same mold would be the same for all elements such as the bell shape frame, characterize of Buddha, the three layers base. For oblique body, arch frame crooked or deformed base isn't flaw. But it is the nature of the printing press or mold moving by the weight is not equal.
